Analyze dynamic ECAT files with this tool. ecatsum can calculate an average over specified time frames of a dynamic ECAT 6.3, ECAT 7 or Analyze 7.5 image.
Will overwrite output files without asking, if they exist. If necessary, use software eframe to get a list of the time frames.Usage:
